In partnership with Dassult Systems and Melbourne Testing Services we will test and evaluate your design to qualify the mechanical properties of your product before validation and manufacture begins. Optimizing at every step ensures the highest performance components.

Short runs and soft tools
We offer 3D printing and soft tooling to Test and Evaluate your designs. By using cost effective procedures and processes we can prototype parts for manufacturing qualification.

Design and manufacture
Three, 4, and 5 axis CNC machining in aluminium and steel, 7 axis milling of soft tooling and carbon fibre tooling to suit in or out of autoclave applications. Tools designed with the technician in mind to reduce laminating risk and increase manufacturing repeatability.

Production
In, or out of, autoclave prepreg manufacture. High Pressure RTM, electronic and mechanical component integration, automated CNC kitting of carbon and aramid fibres, CNC routing of core materials and flattening of 'super complex' shapes - all aimed at delivering repeatability.
