pre preg tubes
Carbon fibre tubes which vary in XY and Z required precise tooling manufactured on 4 axis CNC. The completed components were accurate to 0.01 at only 0.4mm thick. Because the critical dimension was the internal surface a mandrel was the only option.
Cosmetic perfection
When cosmetic finish trumped all else Seanezzi called up a unique resin blend and hyper polished tooling to produce semi-structural panel with a superior quality surface finish and high hardness surface capable of being polished to a reflective mirror finish
Custom fibreglass
